The Management

Rajiv was born and raised in Punjab, India. He attended the University of Patiala and obtained a degree in Bachelor of Law and Business Management. Before immigrated to Canada in 1989, Mr. Bhalla practiced at the District Court of Patiala for several years. In Canada, before fulfilling all the requirements of Alberta Law Society, Mr. Bhalla served with the Alberta Justice Department. In 1998, Mr. Bhalla began his own practice (Bhalla Law Office) and since then he is extensively involved in Canadian immigration practice and serving clients primarily from the Indian sub-continent and other parts of the world.

Mr. Bhalla became one of the first lawyers from Alberta to offer a full range of Canadian immigration services to immigrants and foreign temporary workers. He is available to provide legal advice to foreign skilled workers and other prospective immigrants to Canada, including business class investors and entrepreneurs.
